This narrow mouth vial is manufactured with ultra-pure, virgin, medical grade polypropylene and is translucent with a 700ul total fill capacity. Residual volume can be as low as 75ul depending on the autosampler and viscosity of samples used. This specially formulated plastic is used in our special molding process where nothing is added to the process producing a very unique, plastic vial is that compatible with LCMC (extractables free in most LCMS solvents). Bottom depths are designed and QC controlled for the most critical autosampler to prevent needles hitting the bottom of the vials. Precision bottom control for maximum recovery of sample with bottom port needles. Vial has a large headspace with conical bottom with very low residual volume.
